Position: Student Services Casework-Advocate (CW – MS)

Student Services Casework-Advocate will serve to support and act as liaison between Local Education Agency (LEA) employees, KTTT Tribal Student Services. Connect students with the support services, advocacy and resources needed to succeed in education. Provide academic and comprehensive educational case management for assigned case load. Responsible for serving tribal students, families, and tribal members; facilitates and assure their meaningful participation in the educational processes and programs in the educational institutions that are available in the area or in other states.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in higher education program; 2yr or 4yr College/University- in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Social Services, or Child Development.
2 or more years of experience working in Education Field or classroom.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree on Education, Psychology, Social Work, Social Services. 1-2 Years of academic advising experience. Bachelor’s degree in social work. Five (5) + years of clinical social work experience.
