Responsibilities: 

PRC Coordinator will provide clerical and administrative support services to the PRC Manager and recipients of PRC.  This position is responsible for initiating, tracking, and processing PRC Purchase Orders, medical claims, medical travel requests & reimbursements. Also responds to inquiries and requests for PRC services assistance via telephone or personal visit.  Maintains day-to-day scheduling appointments and coordinating facilitators out of town trips with patients. Acts as a liaison for both vendors and recipients of PRC.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or graduation equivalent diploma (GED), 0-1/yrs of clerical office or related experience that indicates the ability to learn the skills necessary to perform the duties of the position.

Preferred Qualifications

Must have High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); and 1-3/yrs experience working with contract health or other related areas. Experience in health care setting preferred.
