Position:                            PRC Clerk

supervisor:                        PRC Manager

division:                            Tribal Academic & Human Services Administration

Department:                        PRC Program

Responsibilities: 

PRC Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of entry level accounting and clerical duties requiring knowledge of basic accounting for the PRC Program of the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas.  They will assure the timely payment of vendor invoices, prepaid medical travel, and maintain accurate records.

education/experience requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 

Preferred Qualifications:2 years related office experience in healthcare or office setting.  A combination of experience, education, and training may substitute for degree requirements on a year for year basis.
