Position:                              PRC Administrative Assistant

Division:                              Tribal Academic & Human Services Administration     

Department:                        Purchased Referred Care Program



Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of office support, clerical duties, and administrative duties that contribute to efficient operations of a work unit for the Purchased Referred Care Program of the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas.  They will prepare, compose, proofread and edit documents (reports, correspondence, memoranda, agendas, minutes, emails, etc.) based on the guidelines for the Purchase Referred Care Department as needed.

Education/experience requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED certificate

Preferred Qualifications:2 years related office experience in healthcare or office setting. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high stress environment
