Supervisor:                         Elderly Nutrition Center Manager

Responsibilities: 

Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 

• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Remove garbage and trash and places refuse in designated pick-up area.
• Stock serving stations with food and utensils.
• Prepare and package individual place settings.
• Load or unload trucks used in delivering or picking up food and supplies.
• Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
• Set up banquet tables.
• Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by Elder Nutrition Center Manager.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

Minimum Qualifications: Must have high sanitation standards.

One year of experience in cooking in a commercial atmosphere kitchen.

High school diploma or graduation equivalent diploma (GED)

Preferred Qualifications: Previous work-related experience is preferred.
