Responsibilities:

PRC Registration Clerk serves patients and the community by facilitating and completing the overall registration and eligibility process for the Purchased Referred Care Program of the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas. Communicates appropriate information needed to the patient or patient’s agent in order to complete Purchased Referred Care (PRC) eligibility; determines eligibility of patients for direct and referred care.  Assists PRC Manager or delegate with the  preparation of denials based on applicable PRC regulations, policies and practices.  Provides administrative support, reception and clerical duties for the Purchase Referred Care Department and Kickapoo Community Health Center as needed.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 

Preferred Qualifications: Prefer 2 years related office experience in healthcare or office setting. Reception or clerical experience at a healthcare setting preferred. Computer experience required. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high stress environment.
